Victor K. Sam BSc, MSc (Architecture) is the Founder and Director of the company. He brings invaluable creativity and design experience over 29 years to GSUK, having trained in Cardiff, London and Ghana. Architectural design: Feasibility studies, building surveys, consultation and outline proposals, conceptual development, scheme design, working drawings, production drawings, project management. Victor demonstrates the ability to think laterally, an understanding of sustainability, planning and building regulations and managing the team. He believes that the client's brief and requirements comes first and foremost in meeting the company's mandate for excellence and client satisfaction.
